Latest reviews of Drugs & Medications (A-Z) app for iPhone and iPad

RN
This is a poor program. It is only designed for the moderately informed general public. It is also difficult to locate medications. For example, when one puts in a "trade" name of a drug that is commonly used, it cannot find it until you put in another name. A good drug information program should be able to bring up any medication by the use of any of its names. This program has a limited list of available drugs and very limited information on them. I do not recommend it.
Complete ripoff!
I typed in amoxicillin and a completely different drug popped up, and this pretty much happens for everthing you type in the search. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!

I guess the kinks have been worked out because I do not have the problems previously stated by others. I like this app! Its plain & simple & keeps me from needing my drug book.
Not worth the money
I am a nurse and have been looking for a comprehensive resource for reference in the field; this is not it!! Despite the hefty price, newer drugs are not listed and these are the ones I was hoping to look up.....I will have to go back to my PDR .
